Yes, in our shops we offer individual customization options for many of our products, such as color (desired RAL color), dimensions (accurate to the centimeter), various locking systems, different types of glazing and of course a lot of accessories.
Furthermore, we maintain close contact with our manufacturers and have already been able to fulfill many special customer requests. Should you have a specific request, simply contact us here or directly in the respective shop.
Yes, even beyond the "simple" customization options, many products can be manufactured to meet specific structural requirements. Unfortunately, these are difficult to accommodate using a webshop configurator. Therefore, we recommend contacting our consulting team directly with your custom build request. It is usually helpful if you provide us with sketches, dimensions, and photos of the planned opening.

Yes, generally, larger order quantities are possible for almost all products that are individually manufactured for you. Exceptions to this are primarily discontinued models and custom-made items.

Ordering and delivery
Most products are custom-made to customer specifications and therefore – also due to consistently high demand – have a longer delivery time than, for example, a standard-sized door that cannot be customized.
Please visit the relevant categories in our shops for products with fast delivery if you require your order very quickly.
No, unfortunately we cannot offer a general pick-up service at our locations in Würzburg, Ritschenhausen, and Erfurt. For most custom-made and/or made-to-measure items, our manufacturers also deliver the products directly to you to avoid further increasing the already longer delivery time.
There is no general answer to that, however we always try our best to meet requested delivery dates, provided that the stated minimum delivery time is not significantly undercut.
Should you wish to store your ordered goods with us for a temporary period, please contact our support team before placing your order to clarify whether this is possible for your product and what the fees would be for your planned storage period.
